Guilderland XC and Track and Field

For many years, the Guilderland Cross Country Program has been known as the Long Red Line. With multiple trips to Feds, we’re on the rise and need to keep the momentum flowing. Why be good when we’re capable of greatness? With everyone working hard and pushing each other year round, it’s easy to envision our program doing greater things than have ever been witnessed. Our top five finish at Feds will become a top three finish, and our team will ascend from the top five percent to the top one percent. We will focus on winning states and taking our first ever team trip to NXN. To achieve this level of performance, we need to commit to running competitively year round. We need to make maintaining a healthy lifestyle one of our utmost priorities. We need to place the team above the individual for the benefit of the program. This season, the Long Red Line will reach its full potential.
